I know...there are too many drawings of this guy, but I hadn't drawn him since January 2009, when I first started drawing, and I wanted to do a larger piece. This old one below only as a 3 inch face.

OLD DRAWING


The reference photo was actually lacking in some details, so I added some of my own. There was SO much BLACK in this, I basically just blacked out everything that WASN'T Jack :D:D

SIZE: 8.5 x 10.5 inches
TIME: about 12 hours?
PAPER: Bristol Smooth 300 series
PENCILS: Staedtler Mars Lumograph F, HB, B, 2B

Beautiful! I personally have not seen too many of these pics:0) I have pirate parties at my house! This one is a vast improvement over 2009. I am amazed that it was sooo small! I have a hard time staying on whatever canvas I am working on, and three inches is not even an option!!

lol thanks a lot! Depends, but Average for all, 7 - 10 hours, depending on SIZE and amount of DETAILS, hair type, BG, ect :D:D
