This is a 7 minute clip ( [link] ) I made and posted to my new Youtube channel (DrPencil777) on how to get the dark areas of your drawing REALLY DARK!!

I'll get better at doing this soon, but this is my FIRST attempt at making a video tutorial with my Android cell phone's Camcorder, and I need to learn things like how to adjust the video settings, which distance to the paper is best, what video conversion format to use that's best for Youtube, etc, etc...BUT at least this should give you an idea of what I plan to do in the future for a variety of things, like: Eyes, Hair, Lips, Noses, Teeth, Hard Shadows, etc.

WOW! Im currently 13 and i love to draw and i find it interesting how you almost do no drawing just shading as when im drawing i always put as much detail as i can in the drawing then shade.

oh, yeah that's what I find is easier? I don't want to blend away all the details, so I do them last, which IS a little harder, because the paper does not react the same as it would if it were pure white :D:D
